While consultations are free, some visits may cost more than our listed prices due to the amount of product used or dependent on length and thickness and the time involved to complete your service
Cancellations and No Show Appointments Policy : We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it in our salon. If you need to cancel your appointment we require 48 hour notice otherwise management reserves the right to charge a $50.00 fee or in some cases the full amount of the missed appointment. No show appointments are subject to the same policy and will be charged accordingly.
Clothing and Jewellery : Although our stylists take every precaution possible, we recommend the removal of articles of clothing that may be damaged by products used. Gowns are provided upon request.
